Manual install process

Auto install... which might be broken...

1. replace the stock firmware on your router with DD-WRT, OpenWRT, Tomato, LEDE, Asus Merlin, etc.
2. Mount a USB drive (preferably with ext4 file system) to `/opt/` on your router
3. Create a directory named `YAMon3` in `/opt/`
4. Copy the following files to `/opt/YAMon3/`:
• readme
• yamon3.1.0
• default_config
• startup
• shutdown
• restart
• h2m
• glc
• organize
5. Create a directory named `includes` in `/opt/YAMon3/`
6. Copy the following files to `/opt/YAMon3/includes/`:
• defaults
• getLocalCopies
• hourly2monthly
• util
